During Soundhealing sessions you will be guided deep within yourself. Welcomed in a safe space where you can be yourself fully. Using the frequencies of my singing, crystal bowls and other instruments I will help you realign. This you can feel physically, mentally and spiritually, it will flow to where it’s needed most. During these sessions you will be free to find a deep relaxation in which you will be able to let go of what no longer serves you and make space for what you would like to invite into your life. Get back to your core and welcome yourself back home again.
